This boat is in great condition. It is located in one of the safest marinas in Spain in La Rapita. I am its owner.

This is a version with two cabins.

In regards to the sails, these are HYDE VOYAGER, which, are used on the clipper around the

world race boats and are thus fit for 30,000 to 40,000 miles in these extreme conditions, have

been cleaned, dried and stowed every winter. They present in excellent condition.

YANMAR 3YM30 engine with 1213 hours (serviced every year as per the manufacturers

maintenance schedule)

The engine has been fully serviced as per the manufacturers schedule with the last service

The original Yanmar coolant is replaced every year, last 2024, and the seawater intakes/heat

exchanger are flushed through with fresh water and a corrosion inhibitor used every winter.
